Sessions and Techniques
Judith's Sound Healing Center uses an integration of Healing techniques. This work assists you in remembering what it is like to be whole and in alignment with your higher self and the Universe.
After an initial consultation which lasts about 30 minutes, a session ranges from 1 to 1.25 hours
Fees are $40 for the consultation and $85 per hour for the session.
Acutonics® Therapy
Acutonics® is a system of vibrational sound healing rooted in Oriental Medicine and philosophy that utilizes tuning forks, chimes, and symphonic gongs tuned to the planets.
A session my also include Tibetan bowls, bells, drums, rattles and the voice. The primary focus of the work is the application of the planetary tuning forks to acupuncture points, trigger points, and points of pain resulting in healing of the body, mind, and spirit.
Acutonics can effectively treat stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, sinusitis, allergies, colds, asthma, back pain and many other situations.

Tibetan Bowl Therapy
A healing session using mainly Tibetan bowls invokes a harmonic sound of overtones resulting from the representative planetary metals that make up the bowls. Deep relaxation, stress reduction, and healing of the body, mind, and spirit are possible.

Polarity Therapy
Polarity Therapy asserts that the flow and balance of energy in the human body is the foundation of good health. When energy is unbalanced, blocked or fixed due to stress or other factors, pain and disease arise. Energetic touch and verbal interaction are the primary tools of Polarity Therapy. Increasing self-awareness of subtle energies, may be experienced as tingling, warmth, or wavelike movement. Profound relaxation, awareness of energetic patterns and relief from situations such as hypertension, anxiety and breathing disorders are possible.

Reiki Therapy
Reiki is used for stress reduction and relaxation which also promotes healing. Energy is directed through the hands to increase the "life force energy" flowing through us. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. Raising the energy promotes happiness and well being.
Reiki Therapy applies Universal energy to the feet, torso and head to balance the human energy field
Aromatherapy
Medicinal aromatherapy is the original medicine of the planet. The essential oils are made from plants and trees, and they allow us to remember that Mother Earth is healing. When inhaled and/or applied to the body they can enhance the body's healing process on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels
